My wife and I had our 25th anniversary on November 18, But unfortunately we was/are on a very small budget this year more then usual. This was the first hotel we stopped at when entering Gatlinburg, And the lady at the front was very friendly very helpful very polite very everything positive. She worked with us so we had two nights instead of one. My wife and I are both disabled She even helped us upgrade to a handicap room which is a huge help! The room was very clean and maintained. It did look like they was doing some remodeling new TVs, bathroom fixtures and toilet were new. We had a great time on a low budget with a nice room Thank you guys We enjoyed ourselves very much. Even with the bear outside but if you leave them alone they will leave you alone from my experience. Anyway we highly recommend this hotel and all the employees. We are more than satisfied.

Pleasantly surprised based on some other reviews! Clean/ updated room (#302). Very good breakfast with a lot of selections (cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels/toast, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Great location; walking distance to all of the downtown Gatlinburg attractions! Would definitely stay again! Only suggestion would be to add hooks in the bathroom to allow towels to dry.

I visited Gatlinburg, TN for a cheer competition at the convention center, which was conveniently located about half a mile from this motel. The location is excellent—it sits on a corner, and depending on your room, you can enjoy beautiful downtown lights at night. It’s also within walking distance of the downtown strip. Before booking, I read reviews mentioning issues with parking and the walk to the lobby, but those concerns were exaggerated. Parking is limited in the front, but even if you need to park on the side, the walk isn’t far. I was able to park in the front without any trouble. The rooms are a bit dated but were clean and comfortable. There is no bathtub, but the updated shower was nice, with great water pressure and very hot water. The room’s heat worked well, which was appreciated. They also offer complimentary breakfast, which was good and helped save money on dining out. Check-in went smoothly despite the system being down. However, service is my lowest-rated area. The front desk associate was on the phone trying to resolve the system issue but did not acknowledge me or let me know she would assist me shortly. I was left standing there without any communication, which felt unprofessional. Her demeanor was not very welcoming or friendly. I stepped out and returned once she was off the phone, at which point she apologized and explained the situation. Even with the system down, she had everything prepared and allowed me to check in. I returned the next morning to complete payment. I also tried calling the motel several times during my stay, but no one answered the phone. Additionally, I checked out early at 3:00 a.m., and the lobby was locked, even though I was told it would be open 24 hours. A woman exited a car in the parking lot and asked if I needed assistance. I let her know I was checking out and handed her my room keys. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this motel. I stayed in room #201, and I suggest requesting this side of the building if you book— the view is great!

The location is great at the end of the strip but far away from the noise. Anakeesta is the closest attraction with just a 4 minute walk. The breakfast is scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage differs from links to patties, yogurt, muffins and bagels. Breakfast is served from 7 am- 10 am. The room was a bit small but adequate for 4 people. They supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower and lotion and hand soap by the sink. Also a blow dryer and an iron. The room did smell like cigarettes but we brought our own Lysol to deodorize. The beds were clean and we asked the extra blankets as they are a bit thin. We could have also asked for more pillows. We spilled water and I cleaned it with a towel and the towel got very dirty but everything else looked clean. I do Recommend this place I saw a lot of places and read a lot of reviews and I do believe I picked the right place for our family because of the location and breakfast.

We had a great stay and were pleased with the location, which was quiet and convenient to local attractions and restaurants, including the Village. The free breakfast was a highlight, offering a nice variety of options, including a yogurt bar. Although the bathroom amenities were empty , but good thing we were prepared with our own essentials. Oh, by the way, the plugs next to the bed didn't work.Overall, we'd definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others.

The location was perfect, and the free breakfast was delicious! The variety was appreciated (yogurt bar was neat!). We would definitely stay here again even though the room had some damage to it. It was a quiet spot to land for the night and within walking distance to dinner and Ripley's Aquarium, plus the Village Shoppes.

I used Priceline to get the room. The desk agent greeted me. Checked me in quickly and waa proficient in his job duties. He was polite. The room was a little bigger than standard size. I got 2 queen beds, their standard room. It was clean but not much attention to detail. There is only a shower, no tub. My room did not have a bathmat, I ended up using a bath towel. The walls have paint missing. The location of this hotel is a BIG plus. I was in walking distance of food, activities and other essentials for my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We requested non-smoking, side-by-side rooms w/hot tubs and on the ground floor due to my brother and I are both disabled veterans. Everything was perfect other than one room didn't have the hot tub. No worries, every night we were woke by a momma black bear with two cubs trying to get into the trash containers four feet outside my door, no worries, made for a great unforgettable experience talking to momma bear at 2am in my underwear. Great video. Seriously, had a wonderful time. Would recommend the staff actually empty the trash containers at least once a shift, the one outside my door wasn't emptied for three days and I complained twice. Will visit again.
